bcuz the wheels spins too fast, i see the limit it will be stable is 800 rpm. slow down the rpm, if you need mor speed, i recommend to add some thrusters:) hope this help you:D

plus its specially real in real-life, the wheels may gone broken if you got faster than 100 km/h (27.8 m/s)

'Cause you're using 60 Hz and the rpm limiter is making it go that fast. Just put frequency to 120 Hz
