Made a fan out of a walking mechanism. The foot is also the fan blade, hence the name. Relatively untweaked; this is a prototype, which I may or may not make into a more functional object in the future. Feel free to play around with the design and make a better one.

Oh Paradigm, it's entirely intentional that there's no similarity to your fan.
