This has a lot of problems.

First of all, 370hz? It clearly states in the scent the maximum you can use is 120.

The wheels also use infinite friction. This is also banned. The maximum allowed is 2.5.

I was frustrate by that problem for a long time until I figured out that you could just make the cylinders really thick and the piston heavy and make it stop rotate with a axle with brake ad inf torque. Try that.
