It would be awesome if you added the controls, but from what i see, you forgot to give collideSet to the gearbox, it is inverted, and also you have to give a brake to the linking axles

When i added the brake to the connecting axle from the clutch to the wheels, it would instantly go to maybe 5rpm.

Try with density 200 on the pistons, constant 13000 Nm and damping -1 . it works like a charm
