Are you the new cable car station operator? 
It's easy:
1. Just wait till both cable cars have arrived at both stations and are placed in the circle. Then press [R] to reverse. It is possible to reverse only one car. Just use the reverse mechanism, when the other cart has not entered the nearest station yet.
2. In worst case scenario, press [B] for the brake on all cable rolls in the whole system.
