Can you explain why this truck goes over 100km/h when max on speedometer is 80?

Can you explain why Honda CBR400RR goes over 210km/h when max on speedometer is 180?

80 km/h is maximum recomended speed to not kill transmission( if it'd be real truck)

I want you to know I can run this 100% sim time and 60 fps and I can honestly say I enjoyed it
