Oh, I forgot to mention:
When the tank's treads hang down like crazy, just stop pressing any buttons and let the tank glide down the hill.
Did I mention it has suspension??

It's Inkscape and it's a Vector Graphics Editor, and to say that in English, you draw stuff in it.
If you are using Ubuntu, it's in the repositories.
