Sorry it came out late. I wanted to get it out earlier, but there were a bunch of delays. Enjoy!
Also, a few things:
1, The text boxes change color deoending on who's speaking.
2, for supercountries, both rulers can still talk, and the one who is speaking will have their color, and the border will be the other 1/2 of the S. countrie's color. It's confusing, I know.
3, Read the text boxes before you look at the map below.
Now, let's see how Colornatia will change!
