Connect Four with Horizontal Wrap-Around

In this version of Connect Four you can win by having a series that crosses the left and right side in a manner such that the left edge of the yellow board is a continuation of the right edge of the yellow board. It's as if you wrapped the original Connect Four around a vertical cylinder. The cyan wings are an aid to help you visualize what's going on. The wings can be turned off to make the game more challenging. The game works exactly the same whether the wings are visible or not. Two mice can be used when playing against another player.

Wow! You never cease to impress me with your coding skills, Mr. Noonan.

Your next challenge, should you decide to accept it, is to design and code a 3D version of Connect Four. Good luck!
Thanks for the comments Xray.
While playing around with this more than five years later, I discovered that I can drop more than six red and black discs ( <4 each color in a row) in any column which messes up the game (just like it would in the real life version). I'm letting you know this in case you did not realize it, and if you care about making the game more idiot-proof. If not, then just ignore this comment.

Noted. Thanks. For now a user can use the drag tool to move the extra disc to another column.
