I could have made this much better, but I didn`t spend to long on it, and thought people would like to see it, I may make a new version if I get good feedback on this one (design in general feedback)

Turn the Left Circle to move vertically.
Turn the Right Circle to move horizontally.

Turn circles using the drag tool, I did do some basic improvements (that didn`t take long).
