I made this because I've seen very few "true" 4 stroke engines come up. The performance is poor, with it usually not going above 20 rad/s, producing dreadfully low amounts of torque. It manages to stay running, which is all that I was after. The engine itself isn't secured to the background in any way, so if you hate yourself enough to try to drive something off of it, go ahead.

(also, remember to turn down your simulation speed if you don't have access to a supercomputer.)



Edit: Increased density of fuel, and made the exhaust turn into actual smoke. Engine now manages about 25 rad/s, as there is more force applied to the pistons during the power stroke and the exhaust is easier to push out. The engine does require a bit more work to get started, though.
