Your request is confusing because you are not specific about what you want. You say that you want to "move the circle to mouse or to tagged object". Are you leaving it up to the person helping you whether the circle will move to the mouse or to a another object? YOU must say exactly what you want! Should it move to the mouse, or should it move to another object? Also, what is a "tagged object"? I don't understand what that is. So, please explain.

I could help you only if you explain in great detail what you want the script to do because there are so many possibilities!

Xray. Im bad at english. I'll try to explain.
Im need script that follows mouse with same velocity no matter whats the mass.
And script that circle follows to selected object.
Like DugRel's drone script. It has _target script that shoots to the targeted objects.
