Sorry to say this NM0, but making camps is a process of making sure that people do their part, aswell for yours.
Failing to do so proves for yourself that people won't want to become apart of your camps if you can't do your part as others do theirs.
I really don't want to say this but failing to finish a camp is boring, all the waiting, it kills people. And making an actual camp that is good, takes a lot of effort. And people making all these camps that never actually start, annoys me.
Again, In a personal way if you can't complete what you start, then don't make camps
