Hello! Chloe is a cat, and I need you to take care of her, she's clumsy but that's ok. Anyways the main things you need are in the game, a pretty bed, food, water and a bath.

Only use the bath when she messes something up and she can't clean herself alone.

EDIT: if you can't put the cat into the bath, push the box that says the information, and carefully place her into the bath.
