A flywheel (brown) stores energy in the form of angular velocity.
It transfers this energy through a NFA to a driver circle (green).
This rotational energy is then fed to the follower circle (yellow).
Meanwhile a computer (pink) changes the size of the driver and follower circles to keep the rotation of the follower circle at 30 rpm.
The force that the follower circle has in its rotation steadily decreases, but the rotation stays the same until the breaking point.
