This is a vessel that slowly accelerates up to the speed of light (which has been set to 2 m/s)
On the tail side of the ship is a photon clock that keeps track of time, always ticking at a regular pace.
On the head side of the ship there is a photon accelerometer that works by emitting a photon against
a wall between two dark boxes. The amount of deviation from the exact center of the boxes is
proportional to the acceleration at all times.
despite accelerating at a regular pace, the accelerometer measures higher and higher acceleration until
the vessel reaches 2 m/s and time halts inside the vessel.

Wait, but doesn't time dilation happen to the rest of the universe (from the perspectoive of the vessel) because to the vessel, the universe is moving at 2 metters per second, and therefore, freezes time outside of the vessel, also, the cammera follows the vessel, so to us, time passes normaly, while the universe is frozen in time.

That's right. The fix to that is the breaking of simultaneity. if you're moving at a good fraction of the speed of light, your plane of simultaneity skews so that what you see before you is from the future and what you see behind you is from the past. i don't know the exact function that describes the change, but i know the static time offset at a point is linearly proportional to how far behind or before the point is relative to you.
