Nice work. :tup:

@s_noonan

Thanks! I can't believe it works as well as it does at only 100 Hz. These days I'm pushing 300 standard.
I suspect that it runs well at 100 Hz because it has a spring powered engine as opposed to a spawn engine. In fact, I only see (2) onCollide scripts. I see most of the code is driven by lasers. Nice work on the code. I think spawn engines might be limited by the number of collisions per tick.
Yes, springs are so much more stable. The onCollide scripts are from the "imported" rotation sensors, I think Killinich made them before angvel was easily readable. Thanks about the code, and yes, there's a very fractalline pattern to the torque curves of collide engines because the collider only harnesses power on the tick.
nice work on the scene:tup:
I haven't seen anyone (including myself) making a vehicle with a differential in a while. I'm also shocked to see you still using K-Bot to get data, I haven't seen those in a while too.

and Fra32 also made a Algodoo-related discord server, feel free to join us! we occasionally talk about Algodoo once in a while, think of it like a resurrected Algodoo forums I guess
