1st bulid your contraption
2nd test it to make sure it works
3rd update it to phun box
4th label it contest entery (water contrapton)
WILL BE GRADED ON:
creativity
orginiality
if it works
runs on water
EXTRA:
(if its a vehicle)
make a course it will give make it better the harder the course the better. *** BUT MAKE SURE IT MAKES IT THROUGH THE COURSE WITHOUT TOUCHING THE CONTRAPITION and WITHOUT REFILLING WITH MORE WATER***
