Question: There is a dark gray bar, size = [2.0, 0.125], which is behind the screw threads at its center position. There is also another bar, slightly shorter than the one noted above, which is in the same location but is at an angle. Is that other bar supposed to be there or was it just something extra that you missed deleting?
Q: Is that other bar supposed to be there?
A: Yes, that bar represents the helix angle of the internal threads.
Oh, Okay. It just looked out of place.

Overall the scene is interesting, and I think I understand it (but not completely), so if you wouldn't mind, a little detailed explanation would help.

Thanks!
I added more detail to the scene. The screw has friction under the head and in the thread. The head friction and thread friction are at different radii. Greater friction deceases the efficiency and tension of the screw.
Excellent! Now I have a better understanding of the mechanics. Thanks, and great job on the scene!
