Like the first one but running at 100Hz and the wheel is much more
balanced. Just press enter for a second to get it into motion. Then press it again
to deactivate the motor. You'll see in the plot that the springs cause noise but then
stabalizes.
The speed increases up to a point. Then it slowly occillates between to speeds.

Once again I spent most of the time fine tuning the springs to achieve
a positive feedback resonance. That's the only way it can turn.
Still in a vacume because of its low power output.
