Welcome to Mania City, known for its races on decomissioned highways.
Every night thousands of inhabitants look out the windows of their apartments and watch the official races.

Now you get to be the driver in one of them!

Mania City is fictional, but if I had to pick a place, probably Ohio or Pennsylvania because of how messed up their roads are.
