yeah is the same as 1.5 (blue one) and the difference between 1.3 and 1.5 is:
the 1.3 had different rims, little bit slower than 1.5 and way more popular than 1.5 on the street in my country. also this scene is using a same map as blue one and i will made a new map for this in update later..
