Also I had to nerf this guy A TON whilst making this, he was way stronger than I anticipated.

(wait hold on is this the first time i've used weakness MSE since America lol? didn't realise it'd been that long. also I think this might be the first time I've actually ever used a lingering attack too! (if you don't count lingering obstacles from attacks, ie. Maroon's Flaming Fist or America's wall))
