Just curious.... Why are you worried that someone might report your scene? If you didn't violate any rules then you have nothing to worry about. ;)

Suggestion: Put this code in postStep rather than in upDate:

camera.pan = pos;
camera.zoom = 350

This way the camera will be controlled by the game only when the scene is in RUN mode.
