This what I have devolped so far - at the point of collison the green block creates a magnetic repulsive field for A very short amount of, but enough to propelle the balls at the front, then the block flys away very fast

Please tell me how I can improve it:)

The attraction continues on. Other wise cool.

you can improve by making it to turn off after some time. my Flying Fortress's bombs show how its possible.(it uses attraction, not repulsion, so, you WILL need to tweak it a bit)
