I revisited my radial spawn engine, with the rotor cylinders and stator spawn point, and resolved the issue that had with the fact the spawning lasers were a moving part, often missing a frame so in effect it misfired pretty often.
This one uses rotating cams to block fixed lasers, with timed windows, so it never misfires. Able to get a lot more power out of this one too.

This thing will take off in 5th.
