Bike guy who can do wheelies with a little speed and a key press

Just hold down the D key to wheelie!

Basically everything was from the original bike scene but some things have been re-tuned for wheelies
You can't really do a wheelie from a stand-still with this guy or he will loop out unless you feather the wheelie key.

No thrusters were used, just axels.
