In 1993, Cherrier already took over the Latin American market by storm with their cheap and unsafe cars, however, they were in desperate need of a safer car for the growing market for them in LATAM and other countries. So they have come up with a hardtop minivan featuring a selection of high end interior materials and airbags. These cars were not only expensive to produce, but they also were not available for a general customer, hence they have become a commercial failure. During the limited production, Cherrier sold only 2000 vehicles mainly in México with some being exported into Venezuela. It was aviable as a private car, an ambulance or a hearse.
