I'm glad to see that you are back posting scenes again! Did anyone from Algoryx discuss with you the issue you were having?

No one has contacted me yet. I'm still waiting.

Oh, darn. My contact is usually very good at returning my messages to him but so far he hasn't replied to my request to contact you. So, he is either extremely busy or he may possibly be on vacation. I'll try to contact him again in a few days if neither of us hears from him.

I see that you have uploaded two scenes since we chatted about the issue you were having. So, do you think maybe it's no longer an issue?

That's strange because there have been MANY people from your country who never complained about the issue that you are having.

I thought of something you can try as a test:

Logout as ivanivanovicpupcin then use a VPN so that it appears like you are located in a different country. Then register a different name (Maybe call yourself ivanTest2 or something like that). After Algobox (and I) accept your new registration, try uploading scenes and see what happens. This should be a good test to see if the Algobox algorithm discriminates certain locations.

I did everything as you wrote, created an account ivanTest2 after activation we will see if there is a difference in the selection of scenes.

I'm sorry that it's taking so long for the customer service technician from Algoryx to contact you. This is very unusual for him to take so long. He's not even replying to my Emails so I can only assume that he is either on vacation or he may be too busy with the company's new products. There's not anything else I can do except to wait to hear from him.
