The reason why the circle spins and accelerates without any input power from an external force (except for a slight push to get it started) is because YOU gave its "Friction" value a negative number. In real life an object's friction cannot have a value less than zero because friction always opposes motion, but a negative friction value would imply that it aids motion!

There are other parameter values (Attraction for example) that Algodoo allows the user to exceed beyond normal values that are typically found in real life objects. So, no, I hate to be the one to break the news to you but you did not discover perpetual energy gain. :lol:
