If you search here on Algobox for the word "Geneva" approximately 37 scenes will pop up in the list of results. Most of those scenes are titled either "Geneva Mechanism" or "Geneva Drive". The two names refer to the same type of device. The most recent scene before mine was created by user ophicleide, and that scene is what inspired me to make my own version of the Geneva. My intention was not to create a better Geneva drive than his (I apologize if I used the wrong pronoun) but rather to create one that looks and operates differently than his and most others. I wanted to try to make one that kinda looks 3D'ish but that wasn't easy to do because Algodoo was designed to be a 2D physics simulation app.

If anyone wants to copy, improve, and upload my Geneva Drive scene please feel free to do so. I don't care what you do with it as long as you promise not to make a marble race out of it.

Geneva, CH. Home to chocolate which can end wars
Yes, Swiss chocolate is awesome, but I hope they can end the many wars that are currently destroying so many lives on a daily basis. War is stupid, senseless, and nothing good ever comes from it. :(
I saw the version you made this scene with - it's Algodoov 2.2.4. I actually still use v2.10 however. My Algodoo is fine the way it is:lol:
Sorry about the typo.
whatvaheck -- Suggestion: Rather than writing another comment in order to apologize for making a typo, why not simply EDIT the typo? Here's how... Just click on the little yellow pencil & blue paper in the upper-right corner of your comment that has a typo. When the Edit panel opens with your comment, correct what needs to be corrected then save it to Algobox. DONE! You will never need to apologize again for making a typo! Just remember one important thing.... You cannot edit your comment if you use the Algodoo built-in browser. You have to use a standard browser like Chrome, FireFox, or any other common browser. And you must be signed in to Algobox with your username and password.
Thanks, Xray! I don't really use the browser a lot, but I'm still happy you taught me this.
I'm also logged in the browser and I definitely saw the pen icon.
Than USE IT! ;)
Tragedy strikes me once again.
brane_benz -- Please explain what you mean. Is there something you don't like about my scene? :s
When i us the brush tool to merge 2 objects:

Expectation:
The objects merge.

Reality:
Algodoo crashes.

I know this happened some times before, and now 2.2.4 fixed many crashes that can happen with the brush tool. But now it's happening again, and i don't know how to fix it.
@Danga -- I tried many different ways to make the brush tool crash Algodoo and was unsuccessful. So, it might be an issue with your device such as memory, processor speed, operating system, etc. I don't know what else it could be. Sorry. :(

now i tried resetting algodoo to factory settings and it didn't work.
You can try logging in to the Algodoo Forum and ask for help there. Unfortunately, very few people use the Forum. It was very active when early versions of Algodoo were released between 2009 and 2014. Maybe you'll get lucky if someone from Algoryx sees your post and responds to it. If you never used the Forum, just remember that you cannot login with your Algobox username and password without registering. You have to register in the Forum if you haven't already done that. Algobox and the Algodoo Forum are separate, but you can register the same username "DANGA" (recommended) and password if you want to.
