Hi everyone,
This is my first creation upon returning to Algodoo. It's great to be back!
Several years ago, I was active in the community under the name "Student Rui". Some of you might remember my scene on Kepler's Third Law, which I was truly honored to see improved by the great s_noonan. Thank you once again for that.
I hope to bring you all more interesting and engaging simulations this time around. I welcome any feedback and discussions in the comments!
Kindly bear with me as English isn't my first language.
Thanks for mentioning about your old account "Student Rui". That old account is now officially banned.

Welcome again to Algobox! I look forward to playing more of your excellent scenes.

By the way, you mentioned that English is your second language. In my opinion, your written English, as evidenced in your comments, is excellent. In fact, it is more articulate and mature sounding than comments written by most other Algobox users! I wouldn't have known that English is not your first language if you hadn't mentioned that fact. :)

Thank you so much for your kind words! I’ve actually had to create a new account since I discontinued the email linked to my previous one—but it’s completely fine, and I appreciate all the work you and the team do to maintain the Algobox community.
As for the language—well, I have to give some credit to AI guidance these days, haha. Thanks again!
AI is certainly a great tool for us humans, but I'm concerned that we may start relying on it too much which might cause us to forget how to do basic things like math and English that we learned as children. :(
I must admit that your concerns are valid. As for myself, most of the time, I am very cautious about using AI. I always review the code provided by AI from scratch, and I manually re-derive formulas to avoid potential errors. As for the textual content generated by AI, I also check and rewrite it word by word before publishing—because I know that the responsibility for such content lies with me, not with AI.
Fortunately, there was no AI when I was in middle school, so my foundation in mathematics and coding remains relatively reliable. However, for children growing up in the post-AI era, the situation may not be so optimistic.
