Could you make a Dumb bomb? just one that drops but when it hits a certain altitude it pops open as a cluster bomb?:tup:

The explosion is activated by small yellow killer box on the left or right side of the warhead. By adjusting it's hinge speed you can set a time to explosion.

missle would have to be launched at a extremely high angle for it to work
