READ: make sure that both springs are 0.066 M long!

this is a clutch that uses centrifugal force to operate the machinery when a connected engine reaches a certain RPM.
If you see an old chainsaw idling and every now and then the chain moves for a second then stops, that's the engine reaching the minimum RPM for the chain to move.

press A to raise the motor RPM

For people who want to use this in their car: this clutch engages at around 180 RPM (without the little green brake wheel)
