I can see it because I have Godmode enabled which allows me to zoom in much further than normal.

Enter the following either in the console or in the command input bar at the top left of any object:

God.Godmode = true
FYI: that equals to 1.752 microns in radius, or 3.504 microns in diameter, roughly 1/2 of a red blood cell.
FYI: Algodoo is a digital simulation app. So, the ball is just an abstract representation of a real-life object. It is not truly 3.504 microns in diameter.
