iam testing water engine and i made new one i think its a bit better than my last water engine. Runs at ~3.7m/s has two water flow pipes (:lol: ) and you can close one if you want.
And don't worry about lag and leaking water it won't happen.
after testing i increased speed from 9rad/s to 10rad/s with one spimle trick:)
Feel free to edit engine as long as you leave a credit.

And thanks for Endre giving me idea to use magnets.

Done well, but not really anything new. It's pretty much just a horizontal water wheel. 7/10
