It's a two-player copter battle, based on the game Hammerfight (previously known as hammerfall.
wasd for one copter, arrows for the other.
I tried making one with ball and chain instead of the hammer and it's pretty fun that way.

Fly your ship to make your weapon swing around it and smash into your opponent.
