Here's a laser I made to be able to cut at a customizable rate.

The entire thing is grouped so you can modify the lasers and the motor easily.

To adjust the cut rate, change the speed of the motor. If it's spinning too fast the lasers will be out of sync, keep it under 600.

I have tested it as a phunlet, it works flawlessly every time.
