some Ideas:

-some objects add to other objects. (using airFrictionMult you can store the size of the circle)
-black holes need to eat to get bigger and bigger
-same objects add to a bigger one (anti lag)
-black holes density needs to grow also. if the density if maybe 100 or sth. its density gets expand to +inf
-black holes can be moved
-planets?? I mean if you can simulate atoms .. and SUNS??? what a sense xD
-planets can grow or be destroyed by atoms/meteors
-not every thing same attraction
-orbit sun-planet
-sun-system can crash(sun eats all planets and sun grow to black hole?)
-stars can grow to red monster or white pigmy(you know?)
-stars can get a supernova
-colliding galaxies
-pre-done styles of background or adding polygons for design

much much more you can do.

great - but AFAIK attraction should be 0.5 instead of 1.3(newton's law of gravity)

@Messiah: Good Idea but you know HOW THE HELL LONG this script will be? I mean:
1st Element + 2nd Element -> 3rd Element so.. if weve got maybe 6 elements and each one reacts to each other then we need to script a lot of different types of elements (30)
and you want to script 30 elements?? But its a nice Idea. If weve got enough Time we will realise that!

LS home, with all respect i just read all the comments, and you suggested 14 things, then you went off on messiah for suggesting one, not to be mean or anything, i just thought i should point out this out .... lol

nice simulation!Is very funny.

Suggestion: Heat. If possible I think you should add a heat property to all matter. Maybe stored in the colorcode? The brighter the higher temperatur (more energy). Temperature could be added for the energy that's lost to friction and restitution.

Also, when enough pressure is applied, atoms could fuse? (H + H => He + energy)

Bug: The material seem to be attracted by something to the right. It always end up against the right wall.
