I ended up making a washer that's similar to the old Unimatics, only going in two directions on the y-axis. It's fixed since I don't know how spin would work on a 2-dimensional object

Left/right: Slow agitation (It's also on Spring so this acts as a starter)
Up/Down: Fast Agitation (If you have phunlet clothes that are... well, breakable even against a 1-mph wind, use Slow.)
B: Brakes (Toggle on)

Q: Water is moved back from the Drain slot
W: Drain Gear brakes (Toggle On)
E: Drains water
