The new version of my old crappy "tank". This one has a lot of improvements:

○ about 3x the strength of the old primary cannon (it's so strong i call it a pulsar!)
○ the wheels have heavy suspension, it can handle hard terrain
○ even more pulsar ammo
○ more accurate pulsar
○ the tank has faster speed
○ the tank is counterbalanced to reduce pulser recoil
○ heaps better quality thingy that goes around the wheels
