My goal was to create a H2 molecule (two hydrogen atoms) where the only force keeping them togeather is that they share electrons.

It didn't come out as I wanted, but it still looks pretty cool. The electrons really creates a bond between the atoms, but the bond is weak and more than two atoms are bond togeather. It's interesting to see that sometimes the atoms switch. An ion becomes an atom and the atom becomes an ion.

[edit] And also there should only be two electrons needed to create the bond. This simulation needs lots of them.
