The advantage of the Phun is the possibility of an idealized Phun - the practical construction of such a machine would certainly be complicated, the machine should be completely closed so that water could not flow out. Because water is simulated as a system of individual molecules in the Phun, we can see that the wheel will randomly rotate. These fluctuations, caused by irregular bursts of water molecules on the wheel, are in fact insensible for a large number of collisions.
