There are no scripts or motors, only the magnetic attraction of the off center counterbalance and top circle. Only 2 hinges, 3 circles and a cog.
The circle on the cog and at the top have a +100 attraction, the circle at the side has zero. (The text box has no collision layer so doses not affect the experiment (but was the reason for the 3rd neutral circle at the side)).
I will make a more refined model of it, but thought in its simplest form was worth uploading,
Albert Einstein will be rolling in his grave when he sees this!
EDIT: If you add anything to this scene, make sure it dose not have the same collision layer as the magnets or it will interfere.
