Enable Motors
Set Strength to 6000
In console type:
Scene.my.motorspeed=0
In laser script:
onLaserHit = (e)=>{Scene.my.motorspeed = 21}
In hinge scripts:
motorspeed = {Scene.my.motorspeed}

If this doesn't do what you want then explain why.

If process needs to be turned off and on then will need more coding.
