it may not look like the real 40mm nade launcher but it works! 
to shoot:
Open the barrel(move the little pin on top of the gun gentley to the left)
Put a grenade in it.
Close the barrel(close it so it cant move anymore)
Pull the trigger.
repeat these steps until you run out of ammo!
