Welcome Soldier,
Your recent infilitration to an enemy port has backfired and you have been taken hostage. But don't worry, we always have a plan B.
Checkpoints:

1. Throw the hatch open from below deck
2. Watch out for laser pistols, the enemy is heavily armed
3. Escape on the enemy craft with "g"
4. Attack enemy boat sheds
5. Take out soldier at radio post in the boat sheds
6. Proceed to Harbour
7. DO NOT ENGAGE SS. MARINER. That is next.
8. Climb into harbour crane and push the black lever. This will release a container neutralsing the enemy outpost on the SS. MARINER
9. Proceed to Commando escape craft
