This took me forever, since this is my first project ever using thyme. its a very reliable and realistic cylinder, better than any using motors. i used thyme to control the length of a spring. i didn't make it look realistic so you could see how it functions. plz comment and rate

This is really great for a first-time scripting scene! The arm/cylinder holds together well, but in future projects you might find that you want to limit minimum and max lengths of springs. You should try using an IF statement to limit things, try putting this on the refresher that makes the spring longer:

(e) => {scene.my.x >= 3.01 ? {scene.my.x = 3} : {scene.my.x = scene.my.x + 0.05}}

and

(e) => {scene.my.x <= 0.99 {scene.my.x = 1} : {scene.my.x = scene.my.x - 0.05}}
(for shortening it)
