Scene tag

The goal of making this scene was to beat quality of non-textured scenes with about the same geom quantity (700+) and make it playable (~45 FPS on my PC).

Up - Accel
Down - brake
A/Z change gear

Everything (size, mass, even gear ratio and power) is close to realistic.
> 35km/h, up to 30 deg climb

todo: Gun control, shooting & time attack game.

p.s. Oh, turret is detachable.

It looks beautiful, but I have to wait until the weekend to be able to check it on my computer.

Alot more effort without them. Would you rather have made a paint splat, or a masterpiece?
I'd rather have this. Shade textures will always be king, you look silly if you actually bother with 50+ pieces to get a shading effect from 1 gradient.
Correction: You look like you can be bothered.
What's the idea in making HUGE lag polygon "art", when you can reach better with textures. Anyways, Great scene
2Mr. crash main purpose of vector graphics - it's scalable, but gradients fit that too.
Hehe, I get 60FPS on mine.
