This is a rolling chassis which should effectively do 60 m/s or about 216 km/h.
S to start engine (toggle) I for engine brake (toggle)
C to stop at the clutch section
Down to stop the wheels
1 2 3 4 for gears

Edit:
Made a better gearbox, has only 4 gears, accelerates faster and goes faster.
